TTHE BEST RICE MEAL EVER!!!! YIPPIEEEE!!

Ok… first up #1 is ingredients….
for amounts of all the ingredients uhh again measure with ur heart i usually just make like a servings worth so one tomato a few pieces of lettuce a fair amount of onion ect ect…..
- white rice (no duh)
- CHORIZO!! i use soyrizo bc vegetarian but . Same thing.
- cheese.. either buy shredded or shred it yourself.. cheddar will work well
- OPTIONAL but you can also use sour cream..very yumm
- tomato
- any lettuce except iceberg
- LIME /LEMON!!! either works i usually use lemon bc more juice per fruit…
- onion
- OPTIONAL but cilantro adds well to this but i dont always have some…… so if u have some USE IT but u dont need it for this to taste good
- GARLIC POWDER !!
- Cumin
- chili powder and/or chili flakes
- (does this count as a spice..idk i put hot sauce on top after its done… this is also optional i just like it like this .. )
- Salt and pepper !!
OK….now time for #2…. Strategy…
- make the rice!!! Im not explaining this it is simple, and once the rice is done /almost done is when it is time to get everything started >:3
- cut onion into small pieces (but not too small, big enough that you can cook them easily without them burning)
- put the cut onion in a pan with olive oil, pepper, a lot of garlic powder, a lot of cumin, and however much chili powder you want.. Measure with your heart .. Put on medium low heat while you start preparing everything else
- dice the tomato (i add salt to the tomato at this point to make it taste yummier) and cut the lettuce into like bite size pieces??
- once the onions are like starting to become clear and cooked add chorizo to the pan along with the onions and let that cook until finished (you can add cheese in this step too but i hate cleaning cheese off pans so i just add it in the next step)
- put your rice in a bowl and add the lemon/lime juice and give it a good mix, then add the chorizo/onion mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomato, (sour cream and hot sauce if u want..)
STEP #3 …Profit: eat your fucking meal …
